The Edbraham Group, LLC provides professional reference checks for all candidates, unless otherwise directed by the terms of our agreement with the hiring company. Our practice is to request 3-4 professional references from the candidate. Once those are received we schedule a conversation with each reference and ask a series of behavioral and performance based questions. We provide a written summary of each completed reference. At your discretion we can customize the reference check to delve into a specific area, or areas, of interest. In accordance with national hiring ethics and standards, only references provided by the candidate will be contacted. In addition we conduct education verification. Any additional background checks, information verification, or further testing of the candidates is at the discretion of the hiring company. For a nominal charge, we can conduct a behavioral based work style assessment.
